We are into constructing of liquid nitrogen plants which safely stores the liquid nitrogen. Coolant, source for dry nitrogen, used in food preparation and preservative for biological tissues are the applications of liquid nitrogen. Advance technology is being utilized for constructing this plant
Step i: Air is sucked by a multi stage air compressor and passed through the following stages.
Step ii: Compression Of Air This is performed by the multistage highly efficient air compressor.
Step iii: Purification Of Air This is performed by the process skid.
Step iv: Cooling & Liquification Of Air This is performed by a highly efficient expansion engine and also by a refrigeration unit (for 100% liquid output).
Step v: Air Separation (Rectification) This is performed by the special air separation unit consisting of upper column, lower column and special exchangers. The separation air is by the cryogenic process. The final product from a liquid oxygen/nitrogen goes to the storage tank.
Step vi: Cryogenic Storage Tanks Cryogenic vessels are designed for storage and transport of liquid gases at sub-zero temperatures. Manufacturing of such cryogenic tanks requires special technical know how and sophisticated fabrication techniques.
