We are manufacturing and supplying a wide range of technologically advanced and high performing oxygen nitrogen plants to the entire world. Apart from the gases, the devices also generate liquids, which find application in a number of industries such as water processing industry, metal industry, chemical industry, steel industry, medical industry, pharmaceutical industry and the list goes on. The machines manufactured at our facilities are quick to install as they are pre-packaged ready to install and do not need any special civil foundation and are simply mounted on the factory floor. The atmospheric air is compressed at a low pressure of 5-7 bar (0.5-0.7mpa). The air can be compressed at such low pressure by our latest and advanced air compressors taken from the international market.
Purification of Air by Purifier
The compressed air reaches a purifier comprising of twin Molecular Sieve driers, working alternatively. The Molecular Sieves remove the Carbon dioxide & moisture from the process air before it goes inside Air Separation Unit.
Separation of Oxygen and Nitrogen by Air Separation Column
The air free from free, moisture and Carbon Dioxide goes into low pressure plate fin type Heat exchanger where it gets cooled down at below sub zero temperatures by air expansion process in the turbo expander. Owing to the excellent thermal efficiency, we can achieve a temperature difference as low as 2 degree centigrade at the warm end of these exchangers.
Oxygen Nitrogen Filling in the CylinderThe final product in the form compressed Oxygen/Nitrogen goes to the high pressure oxygen cylinders at 150 bar or upto higher as required. The final product is directly filled in cylinders without gas loss.
