Products Range
Nitrogen / Oxygen Plant
The oxygen and nitrogen plant mainly consists of AIR COMPRESSOR
(Ingersol Rand) Molecular sieve battery for removal of
acetylene and hydrocarbons from the process air and eleminating
the use of caustic soda and cost saving as there is no
need of any recurring cost of chemicals. The production
plant can produce both OXYGEN & NITROGEN simultaneously
and the plant BDM models have a Built-in internal compression
liquid oxygen pump to fill bone dry high pressure oxygen
upto 165 kg/cm in cylinders.
All our Oxygen and Nitrogen plants can give Liquid Nitrogen

Nitrogen Plant
Our Nitrogen plant produce flows unto 100 L/ min and purity
upto 99.9% at a pressure 100 psi. These generators can
use an existing air supply or be fitted with a dedicated
compressor. The units are designed to get under a bench
top.

CUM.Hr of Nitrogen will be used for regeneration of
dryers respectively for 100, 200, 300, 400 CU.M./Hr
Oxygen Plant. The above product capacities are based
on ambient conditions of 150 C tempt. 760 mm of Hg Pressure
and 50% relative humidity and 0.3% of carbon di-oxide
is allowed as impurity.
